General Comments

3rd Sept 2004, 12 of us flew to Barcelona with Iberia Airlines for a well planned Hen Weekend which was booked back in March 2004. We all checked in at Heathrow together with our luggage this was the last time we saw our cases. Our flight was delayed five and a half hours going out, by the time we arrived in Barcelona and reported our luggage missing, we arrived at our hotel for a couple of hours sleep. Iberia had completely ruined a well planned weekend. Since arriving back 5th Sept (flew back on BA and they were fantastic) we still haven't seen our cases. I suggest to anyone who is travelling either take your luggage through as hand luggage or just don't bother flying with Iberia at all.
