General Comments
I am a single mum with 4 children, 2 teenagers & 7 year old twins; we spent a week at primrose valley, booked through haven. The chalet we stayed in was a little worse for wear when we arrived, but we didn't go there to spend a week in the chalet!! The facilities that were available were brilliant for kids of all ages (even big kids like me!)At no point during the week did we get bored. The children were very safe and there were plenty of helpful staff & also other holiday makers who were only too happy to help us find our way around. The entertainment on a night time was fantastic! All the children were encouraged to join in all the fun & games which my 7yr old twins thoroughly enjoyed! All the shows and cabarets such as 'viva las vegas'& 'boogie nights' were fantastic and had us all glued to our seats or up and dancing on the dance floor. Speaking personally for myself, I was a little concerned that as a single mum going on holiday with only my children that I'd maybe feel like I wasn't on holiday myself as I had no real adult company, but nothing could further from the truth! I had the best time!! Want to say a great big thank you to all at primrose especially the fun stars you made our holiday!
