Inefficient staff, will not ring you back.
Opodo - I tried to book two flights through Opodo, I had seen them on the website but couldn't book them. I decided to ring them and book them over the telephone, I was then made to wait half an hour (ringing from my mobile) whilst being put on hold a number of times. When I asked them if they could ring me back with the flight details I was told no, and made to feel like they were doing me a favour. After half an hour I was finally told the flights I wanted didn't actually exist and the alternatives were too difficult to book as I wanted two different return flights! Put the phone down and logged on to Trailfinders who rang me back within seconds and did everything including seat reservations, meals, visa advice. Would never use Opodo again!
