Bad Points

The sound is awful. Intermittent sound and picture fault


General Comments

I've had my KV32FQ75 since Feb 2002. Its already been back to the shop to try and find two seperate faults. The first fault was the speakers would make a cracking sound then I would lose the sound for a few seconds. The sound also favours the left hand speaker (I was told this was in the allowable range!). The second fault was when we had a continuous loud electric clicking sound from out of the back of the T.V and the picture pulsed in time with it!! This lasted for about 10 minutes at a time then stopped. The shop hasn't been able to find the faults as they are intermittent and have just sent the TV back to us. Sony says We will have to wait for the TV to go wrong on a permanant basis before anything can be done. Thanks Sony!
