Good Points

Its location on the beach is the only good thing, in my opinion, about this hotel.


Bad Points

Little facilities for children and poor entertainment at night


General Comments

How the Royal Sun Hotel is rated 4 *, in my opinion, is appalling and I feel is nothing short of cheating customers. Perhaps in the 1970s this was 4 * standard, but in my view, this rating by today's standards is exaggerated. I felt during my stay that it is badly run down, worn, dirty and smelly. I would rate it as a bad three star hotel.

    Great for the beach. Food was lousy and always cold. Room not too bad, but bathroom was continually flooded if air conditioning turned on. Receptionists were useless and unhelpful, but most bar staff very helpful.
