Good Points

Food was excellent although didn't like the Greek night but that is personal choice,
Hotel very clean.

Bad Points

Bar staff are very rude/ignorant and obviously do not like kids!!!
Entertainment very poor

General Comments

Food at Anmaria Beach Hotel is themed and most nights it was excellent although personally I didn't like the Greek night . Carvery night is best with roast beef to die for!!! Waiters (especially peter) were really friendly but others could be a bit miserable!!! Kids menu available but this will not be offered (again because they don't like kids!!) you have to ask for it.
Most of the staff behind bar ignored the kids. Some would refuse to serve them their ice cream even though it was supposed to be unlimited. The kids were sometimes shouted at. Many were in tears after visits to the bar.
All of hotel was very clean and pool was really nice with plenty of sunbeds

    You say food excellent but only give a 6/10?
    Resort 5/10 but comment hotel clean nice pool and plenty of sunbeds?
    Some people you can please some of time some none of time

    I found the staff (all but one lady) rude and unfriendly too. I stayed here alone, visting for a friend's wedding. I had booked the Evabelle but when I arrived was moved to Anmaria instead. They gave me no information about the hotel and were impatient when asked basic questions. When my friend visited with his child the staff seemed annoyed.
