Good Points

Nice looking, big screen, easy controls for brightness & contrast, no dead pixels that I can see, small footprint for size of screen, high build quality.


Bad Points

Image could be better, colours can be washed out unless settings are tweaked, speakers just about sufficient for Windows.


General Comments

AOC LM720A TFT - I purchased this monitor well over a year ago now when it was selling for the £350-£400 price range, I think I paid around £320.00 which seemed like a great price at that time for a 17" panel. As always, prices drop & this panel is now available for as little as £200+ which is an absolute bargain, some stores are still selling 15" TFT's for up to £250 & over. There's no way I would even reccomend a 15" TFT anymore as they are simply too small. Image is pretty good if you get the settings correct. I've seen so so many worse screens, however, on my travels, unless you are thinking of spending mega bucks you won't better this screen, period!
