Bad Points
Battery life. This phone must be charged twice a day. Reception is terrible and this phone is NOT user friendly at all!!
General Comments
This phone is a mistake. The battery life is nowhere near what manufacturer promises. I have exchanged this phone TWICE because of reception and battery issues, and the phone still stinks!!! I have writen to Motorola on several occasions asking why they would promise features this phone can not dream of delivering, and have receieved no response.

How true!!! I agree this phone is the worst phone ever, ever made! I can't believe companies can get away with making poor products like this! I'm never ever going to buy a Motorola product again! This is my second phone and second battery, and I still get only 30 minutes of talk time!!! IT SUCKS! And the functionality is even worse. You'll get into a car accident way before you can access your phone book.
