It is difficult to identify good points about a company that when it sold my gas cooker along with insurance cover with the promise that if no claim was made that I would receive £79.99 back after the guarantee period.
I now discover that the insurance was through another company called PowerPlan yet the Scottish Power logao is emblazoned across the literature on 5 ocasions as opposed to two for PowerPlan. I believe that I along with many others were misold under the trades Description Act. Sadly, no-one is available to respond to my query in Scottish Power. They are still eager for me to remain a gas and electric power customer!!!
Overall, a less than satisfactory position for any company that boasts an increase of 250000 new customers in this year alone.
