Pretty pictures in catalogue...
Bad Points
Debenhams Direct are absolutely hopeless - awful customer service.
Still not had anything delivered.
General Comments
Debenhams Direct - They are obviously aware of how awful their service is as they refuse to give out their customer services number - you have to go via Debenhams themselves.
We have been waiting 6 weeks for 2 items which we asked to be delivered - one of them is a suitcase for our honeymooon - and we are leaving on Saturday.
The WORST mail order service I have ever encountered. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone.
