Wella Koleston Perfect - This dye had my hair coming out in chunks and now it is excessively thin. Will never use it again!

I am a Vidal Sassoon trained stylist and Wella is one of the best range of colours available and in 15 years of using them I have never had any problems with "clumps of falling out".
It must have been used on extremely chemically damaged hair and theirfore should never of been applied by yourself and my advice to anyone else who may have any worries about applying a colour on even slightly damaged hair is seek professional advise hair dressers are always happy to lead you in the right direction instead of having a disaster to put right.
