less leg space, not much entertainment arrangement. Food not sufficient, thin blanket.


General Comments

This is the first plane I have boarded in my life. Air Kenya is the first international flight I took from Mumbai-Nairobi-Johannesburg. The flight was on time but there is no arrangements for the video. There was only 1 projector where all the passengers watch that video. You cannot choose your own video. You can only have a personalised audio set where you can listen to your preferred music. Air hosts (male) are cooperative. The blankets which they supply are very thin. It is like a bed sheet. I wrote several emails to their coustomer service for some queries but they did not responded until now.
