Back in 1965 it was my first car, it was built in 1952 but, to me it was the best thing since sliced bread and for only £25.00 BARGAIN!!!!
When there was a gang of us, we used to drive down to the coast in two cars. The only thing I could moan at was my mates Ford Anglia side valve could just beat me in a straight line 4 up
Todays cars can beat the old ones but, If I found another Austin A40 Devon 1200cc 4 Door classic car tomorrow in good condition I might be tempted!
