Hotmail is the first email service I ever used.
Bad Points
Hotmail keeps wanting you to purchase more storage space; does not send messages for several days if at all, not dependable, messages "get lost out there" and are never delivered!
General Comments
Hotmail is hard to read.
hotmail is not user-friendly anymore.
