General Comments

We have just returned from our 2 week holiday at the Sun Palace Hotel & wish we were still there. Having read about all the trouble in the town last year we were a bit doubtful weather we would actually enjoy ourselves, but this was by far the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel accommodation was spacious & clean with a separate bedroom for the kids & at all times the staff were friendly & helpful. There was a good selection of drinks on offer including cocktails & every spirit you can think of (!) & there were hot snacks on offer throughout the day if cooked breakfast, lunch & dinner aren't enough!! The pool was clean, warm & big although it was a bit of a battle getting a sunbed in the morning as people tended to put towels out VERY early. If you left it until much after 7am most of the spots were taken. The beach was also lovely & it was great to swim with the fish although take your own drinks as they were very expensive to buy at the beach shop. If you want to book any trips I would recommend going to Sophia's travel opposite the hotel. (A small office next to the four sister's supermarket!!). He is MUCH cheaper and will take you to the boat or the water park in his own car for free!!! The only warning that I will give prospective visitors is about the restaurant manager. He is VERY strict & will not let men with shorts above the knee enter for the evening meal!!! 3/4 length shorts are ok, but be warned!!!! All in all an amazing holiday & we can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.
