Good Points
Great beach.
Efficient reps.
After electric tripped the electrician was with us in 5 minutes.
Bad Points
Dirty caravans.
Bad value for money.
General Comments
We booked a gold caravan at Perran Sands, but what did we get extra for the money? It wasn't on the outskirts of the complex as advertised and we wanted peace so we got moved. (Haven didn't specify they were the biggest complex in cornwall until the courtesy letter 1 week before departure..... not our cup of tea but too late) The next caravan was no better and filthy. 3rd move proved a case of, oh well lets get on with it. Nice spot on the edge of park, but ripped bedding, tea stains on living room table tops etc, food spilt down fridge, filthy hob. My husband spent the first night cleaning! We left 1 day early and can't even be bothered complaining it was that bad, put it down to experience of Haven!
