Bad customer service, bad quality, contradicting terms and conditions
General Comments
I ordered a camcorder marine housing in August from Techtronics. I was promised delivery in 1 week, after a month it still hadn't arrived. After many calls to them they admitted that Securicor had lost the delivery. They offered me a replacement or a refund, I asked for a replacement but they had none in stock (conviniently!) so I opted for the refund. They then tell me that they will not refund me until they have claimed the money back from Securicor, which they are not really interested in doing as they still have my money. Apparently this is legal. They will not let me speak to any sort of management, only the customer services. I doubt I will ever see my money. From speaking to them it would seem that this is a very regular occurence. My advice is don't use them at all.
