Good Points

Purchased this phone from Superdrug who were extremely helpful. £49.99p includes: £15 top up voucher with £5 worth of text messages. On the whole a lot of phone for the money with lots of feats even though a bit big but hey with all them features it has to cope with all that it does, early days yet as I have not had the phone a week yet & the menus are easy to navigate round. The mp3's sound great and people slag the phone off but it's only got a little speaker so what do people expect (hi-fi)sound Uh No. Also I have bought a Sony duo mem stick 128mb and bought data cable and software disc which is brill for uploading pc pics and mp3's

Bad Points

Battery life is somewhat very poor, people have said that the camera quality is excellent out doors but I find mine is worse indoors, and that the camcorder quality is quite blocky. Also some people say that there are features like effects on the phone to do with the camera, I do have that option but cannot access it as it's not highlighted and cannot use it and would really appreciate some feedback on this matter if anyone else has this problem and how to access it. MP3's sound good but have a problem when trying to add to playlist as it says "cannot open file" again if anyone have the same problem get back please. Also I've read that if you don't put money on the phone every month that in T&C 3 can put a charge on you for £220 but I was told that if I did not credit phone for 3 months that I would simply be disconnected (confused) as I would rather be disconnected rather than pay a charge. Maybe that's why the phones are cheap I don't know. As for customer services Mmm well say no more as I have come across better.

General Comments

On the whole the NEC E313 has lots of features, more than any phone I've noticed. Phone a bit of a block to carry about would be good if you could assign MP3's for ringtones and above all the manual on the phone could explain more about how to use those extra features.
