Good Points

Nice & clean
Friendly service, Clean pool.
Small friendly hotel. Air Con
Mini Bar in room which didn't cost the earth
Food was fantastic
Bus to the beach

Bad Points

Just up a hill (which seems even bigger when its hot)Bit of a trek to the centre

General Comments

We moved to the Bulgaria Hotel Zora from the Hotel Kristal. The Air con was a god send (especially for a poorly baby with a high temperature). The owner collected us and took us to see the room then her husband took us back and collected all our luggage from the old hotel. We stayed in our room a bit more than others as our child had chicken pox and they brought food and cutlery up to our room. Two days after we got there they asked if we wanted to move to a bigger room with a sea view as we were staying in a bit. They called the doctor for us at all hours of the night/morning and helped us understand the medication given. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. They couldn't do enough to help.
The receptionist helped the rep to understand that our child was ill and so he signed off our complaint form. 5 star service
I would definitely recommend
