Good Points

Labador Retrievers are great with children and are very loving pets.


Bad Points

Labador retreivers like to chew on things.

They shed like crazy.

Prone to get knee injuries.


General Comments

We have a female black Labrador Retriever. She was easily house trained within a month. She has an easy temperment. Rarely barks.

She loves to roll around on the floor with the kids. She will do anything to make you happy. We do get black hair everywhere but we just get her shaved every 3 months and she is well worth it. We had to spend $1000 on a knee surgery for her. This is common for this breed of dog. But again, she is worth it.
