close to ski lift, no other good points

Total ski are very poor, room, food, staff ability to do anything about it and companies attitude when we got home.

General Comments

Our family arrived in at cascades in 1850 to find the most disgusting accommodation you could imagine. There was mould on the walls the carpets smelled dirty and the rep did even need to see our room, she said that two of the rooms had not been refurbished and others had. We were offered accommodating in Val Thoren, 1.5 hrs drive away, we had to pay for the transportation our selves and they could not guarantee the standard of the new accommodation. Lastly the food was poor.
