Good Points

Design - small, solid, easy-ish to use.
Bluetooth - works a treat.


Bad Points

Camera - that's not a camera!
Battery life (get a replacement 840mAH off eBay)


General Comments

People seem to have varying experiences of the X70 so here's my two-pence worth.

The battery life is not good so I bought a replacement off eBAY for a fiver with a longer life. Texting is a bit awkward but manageable. The camera is truly awful but the phone is for talking not taking pictures (sorry, I'm an old man).

The good points; nice and sleek yet solid design. My young son dropped it on a pavement last week and it survived. The clam-shell design takes getting used to after using Nokia for so long. The Bluetooh was easy to set up and works a treat with almost any headset.

Unfortunately for most people, especially seasoned Nokia users, the phone's bad points will outweigh its good points. Its a pretty average phone let down by some major weaknesses compared to a Nokia. You could say its suited to light mobile phone users who don't know better.

But that's the thing - IT'S NOT A NOKIA!! Which is why I like it just as it is. I'm happy with it probably because I'm not a heavy user. Stay away from the X70 if you really hammer your phone in terms of usage.
