General Comments
We stayed at the blue sky hotel in August 2003. This family run hotel was clean and seemed to be well run. Standard breakfast was limited and repetitive but you could order other things for a very reasonable price.

The pool area was excellent; the pool was not really suitable for very small children as was rather deep. It was kept clean and tidy and there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool free of charge.

The hotel was situated about 10-15 min walk from the town of Tingaki (felt like a very long way in the midday heat!) and it takes about 20-25mins to walk to the beach walking along the main high street of Tingaki. there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the town, all offering amazing local dishes at extremely reasonable prices; everyone seemed very friendly and eager to please. the town was also full of shops with very interesting locally made items as well as great souvenirs! there is a supermarket about 15 mins walk from the hotel. there is even a go karting track about 25mins walk in the opposite direction which was a laugh and very fun!

The Olympus holiday reps were brilliant and there were loads of activities to take part in including scuba diving, boat rides and a bar crawl in kos town! one of the best activities was taking a trip up to a mountain side village called Zia. it was called 'Greek night' and a lot of other hotels join in. there were about 100 of us all together on long tables so we got to meet a lot of other people. they served local Greek dishes so we got to try almost everything Greek as well as take part in a bit of Greek dancing, extremely amusing after a few glasses of free wine! it was a wonderful night and I would definitely recommend it!!

All in all I loved Tingaki and will most assuredly return there one day, hopefully sooner rather than later!!
