Bad Points
Light stays on, messages come in slow, battery runs down quickly.

General Comments
I bought my O2 X1 phone in February. Within 3 months, the phone refused to charge and therefore ran dead. I took it to Phones4U where I bought it from and they sent off the phone and charger to be repaired, sayind it would take 3 weeks. 6 weeks later I got my phone back - with no charger. I then had to wait a further 2 weeks for Phones4U to find a phone as the mrc had thrown mine away as Phones4U did not claim it quickly enough. Now my phone freezes regularly, the colour on the screen fades and sometimes when I close my phone the light stays on. This is the worst phone I have ever had and a complete rip off at £150!
