Good Points

The cover looks pretty

Bad Points

The book's biggest failure is that it pretends to be scientific when in fact it is utter hogwash. As a work of fiction, it would rate "fair" - but as it portends to be "fact" it can only be described as awful.

General Comments

Lee Carroll,Jan Tober, The Indigo Children - Cashing in on "pop-science" and the public's desire to be awed by the "unusual", the idea of "special energies" descending on a new breed of children is both fanciful and absurd.

This book is utter nonsense and its theories have no basis in scientific study or research.

The authors have simply found a way to make lots of money and (congrats to them) have a suitably large audience of gullible and ignorant people who are very willing to part with their money.

Like so many contemporary books on these subjects, no evidence of scientific scrutiny exists. Examples are anecdotal and projections are purely speculative - based on what will sell the book.

It's rubbish - the book as well as the concepts it upholds.
