Bad Points

I have spent more money on repairs than it would cost to replace with a more reliable manufacturer.

However, once they drag one in for a small repair then it just cost more then more for each addition repair even though one thought the last repair was cover under warranty or it would be the last repair for a reasonable amount of time.

General Comments

My screen on my HP Pavilion ZT1170 is starting to blank, once again, at the most inconvenient times. When it goes out again completely or I can afford to purchase a computer other than an HP ZT1170, as per my peers have suggested, and as I will tell others... never purchase an hp anything! I will purchase a Toshiba. Sincerely, DR. Don E. Whitmire

P.S. Never depend on HP driver down loads and they have never responded to my requested!!
