Phone and online banking.
No business debit card, lack of knowledge in support staff, long wait times on phone.
The Natwest Business Bank Account has no debit card available other than solo, and the credit card has very low limits which render it all but useless for a business. I run a computer company and the limit they gave me was less then 5% of my minimum monthly deposit. When I asked for an increase so I could actually use the card to make purchases for the business, I was told I had to be with them for 6 months before this could happen. Needless to say I am moving my accounts.
