No lifts


General Comments

On arrival at the Anerada apartments we were dropped outside by a rude taxi driver and left to find our own way to the Reception area late at night.

There are no lifts and plenty of stairs

Although the main living area was large, the 2nd room was small and very hot. The air conditioning is costly and not effective; you also have to pay for the use of fans, which also are ineffective

The fridge was dirty, the place is crawling in ants, the furniture was old and flea ridden and the apartments as a whole should be reclassed as 'Tourist unacceptable, rather than tourist class'

The pool is ridiculously small for the number of people around it and there is an area with old kids toys lying around which is covered in cockroach droppings (this incidentally is right next to the barbecue and snack bar) where the barman does not wash his hands after using the look and just before he cooks your food.

Families were constantly complaining about the building both directly and indirectly to the rep, and also asking to be moved.

Some staff were rude, especially the maids who enter without knocking (Double, lock your door when you are in your room and leave your key in it, if you want privacy)

I would not recommend the Anerada to anyone and would never go back there again

The only good point about it was that it was a good location.
