always lengthy queues at my local branch (although I dont go in very often). Customer service has gone downhill since merging with the halifax
General Comments
I have tried twice now to get a statement about interest and tax for last tax year from the Bank of Scotland. The last time I called was almost 3 weeks ago. I phoned today and am Still waiting! I only have another 6 weeks to send my tax forms back to the Inland Revenue. Staff over the phone have been extremely unhelpful and I even tried to get it from my branch without any success. Hello people - I only want information about my account, its not rocket science!
