No splashback. Badly made and finished.

Stoves 800 S/S Range Cooker - I purchased my new Stoves range cooker and was so excited with it until I came to use it. On close inspection the pan supports were very badly finished; the welding was not smooth and there were quite sharp joins. The oven and storage door catches were quite pointed and whilst wiping over the oven door after use, scratched my arm quite badly on the catch. I actually thought that this cooker must have been one that had slipped through the quality control net and upon speaking to someone at Stoves, she assured me that this must be a one-off, so I replaced my cooker with a new one, which was exactly the same and in fact worse, as approximately 1 week after using it I found that the enamel coating on the pan supports had started coming off, leaving the shiny metal underneath showing through.
