Bad Points

Sounds a little weedy for looks, doesn't have the get up and go you think it should!

General Comments

Wow, is what I first said when my mate rode round on his Suzuki VL 125 Intruder 125, after that, all I wanted was one of these! Its much better than the 2-smoke wanna be superbikes around as it has much more street presence, looks an well, anything can sound better eh? It may look like a big tourqeie bike, but the power in this bike is quite a way up the rev range, so to get a lot of speed/acceleration your gonna have to gun it a little, but sayin that, if you want speed, your not gonna buy this are you? Riding position is (i think) one of the best for a 125cc bike, it is possible to get the pegs down, but you really have to be pushing it to get one down! Fuel efficency is great, about £5 for 120miles (in summer, relaxed riding) Well, for looks you cant go far wrong as its fun telling 'non bikers' that its only a 125, it also gets some bikers as well, most people I speak to think its at least a 400/600! Well, i think its a great bike, servicing can get a little expensive and if your not careful it can eat chains and sprokets (dont all small engined bikes) so keep it tensioned and well lubed. Great sound and looks for a 125, great 1st cruiser!
