Maxim MX11-20 - Had my Maxim for about ten months and it worked well, much better than the much more expensive Pioneer model in my other room! Anyway, it stopped working one day and the back-up service was nothing short of brilliant, one phone call to describe the problem and next day a new replacement player delivered.
