Good Points

Good hearing quality compared to my old phone (Nokia 6100)
Ringtones are loud and clear
Functionality is good
Value for money at £99 from Carphone Warehouse


Bad Points

You can't allocate different callers different ringtones
The plastic bits that you have to remove to charge the phone and have hands free are fiddly.


General Comments

Overall the Samsung X100 is of good quailty and I would say that it is better than the previous phone that I had. Perhaps a radio and a camera would have been a good idea, but otherwise it is a good phone. Well done Samsung I give is 9/10.
