Good Points

The staff were fantastic and made the holiday special, The Hotel was very clean and the room maids shaped your towels into hearts and swans daily....nice touch!


Bad Points

The Hotel was quite old and in need of a refurb!


General Comments

Hotetur Dorado Club Resort:
The staff, especially the fun team, Angelo, Mosquito, Shaggy and Speedy were fantastic and made the holiday special, they always tried to get you to join in with the various games around the pool but soon stopped asking when we made it clear we were more interested in lounging, sunning around the pool. Most of the staff were always happy and eager to join in, dancing and singing around the pool bar. The Hotel was very clean and the room maids shaped your towels into hearts and swans daily....nice touch!
Be careful when walking round the pool bar, as it gets very wet during the day despite the staff continually cleaning it up.
Drink loads of water as it's really easy to get dehydrated with all the free beer!!
Don't book your excursions with the rep, go across the road to the shopping centre, you'll get the same ones at less than half the price.
