Good Points

Good value for money, or so we thought!


Bad Points

Broken phone, weeks of waiting for phone to be fixed adn when it returned it was worse that when it went, and have to send it off three times before they wil change the phone.


General Comments

I bought a sendo m550 flip phone for quite a good price but after a few weeks, problems started occuring. We took it back to the link and they sent it to mastercarem it was away for 3weeks, whilst I had a loan phone. when it finally returned it was worse then it had been. We complained and were told we had to send it off three times before they can change the phone.
