Good Points

The pools were lovely. Two beautiful pools.


Bad Points

47 degrees and couldn't get a fan from reception. Had to buy parasol to have some comfort at pool from the boiling sun. Bed very uncomfortable!!! Airtours didn't arrive to pick us up on day of departure. Reception don't speak a word of English.


General Comments

Arrived at the The Santa Clara Bungalows in the dark and given a bunch of 4 keys. Finally found the bungalow but couldn't find the lights (halfway down the wall). Reception thought it was funny. cockroaches first night but got a spray and wasn't bothered the rest of the holiday. 47 degrees and couldn't get a fan from reception. We weren't bothered. Bought our own which we gave away at end of holiday because reception was after it. Had to buy parasol to have some comfort at pool from the boiling sun. Receptacles for 4 parasols!!!!! Bed with very few slats so had to do with skinny mattress and chipboard - Very uncomfortable!!! Also stained quite badly. Airtours didn't arrive to pick us up on day of departure. Had to hitch a lift on the next bus. Reception don't speak a word of English so of little help. Quite enjoyed the holiday despite all. Very expensive in the supermarkets and outings. £2.00. for a 300 ml coke. Great Tan.
