Good reception, good value, PC software to upload your own ring tones (= ringtones @ no cost), easy to use, button layout is perfectly arranged, and best of all is the calling card feature to automate the calling card calls to the US or internationally.
Bad Points
Battery drains pretty fast (maybe 3 - 5 days on standby) and maybe 1 or 2 hour conversation continuously before charging.
General Comments
I have had my Nokia 3360 for almost 2 years now. It was my first cell phone, and I was very sceptical since it was going to replace my land phone. The most important feature for me was to be able to use international calling cards, and this is a great feature from Nokia. Also, the reception has been great allover the bay area, except for certain spots in some buildings.
My agreement with ATT ends within the next month and I have been looking for a replacement phone and maybe a different provider, but I haven't seen, read, or heard of any phone and provider that is better.
This is the best phone and I am probably not going to get a new phone anymore until this one gives up.
