Good Points

Wow! what a first class hotel. These rates as possibly the best accommodation we have stayed in throughout Greece, the Canaries and the Balearics. Very clean, great pools and activates for adults as well as kids. Table tennis, Volleyball, Water Polo, poolside games etc every day for those adults that wished to participate. Lots for the kids to do in Mini and Maxi clubs. Entertainment crew of 5 created lots of fun evenings and mini disco for kids every night from 9-10pm. All staff courteous and polite and even the small things like free sunbeds with padded covers for those that wished them.


Bad Points

We went self-catering and tried the restaurant only once. Not for us as it was bedlam with people trying to serve themselves in all directions although selection of food was good its was not hot hot. Location of hotel on edge of Playa de Muro did not provide much of a selection of restaurants but one Euro per person took you into Alcudia town in one direction and Can Picafort in the other which had a better choice.


General Comments

In summary we would recommend the Prinsotel La Dorada Hotel to anyone with children as the facilities are first class. Its just a pity that there are only one or two really good restaurants (in our opinion) within walking distance but as mentioned above for 1 Euro and 15mins to Alcudia and 5 mins to Can Picafort if you want to you can find better.
