Good Points
Good screen quality and good quality pictures.

Bad Points
Phone keeps turning off
When answering a call, have to press the green button more than once to answer. That is, not out of choice, just coz its bad!
Have to wait ages before you know who a call is from.
Text messaging is very slow.
Days after I bought the phone, the games deleted themselves.
Can't see the screen in bright sunlight.
Not much space on the phones memory for messages etc.

General Comments
All in all the O2 X1 is a bit of a rubbish phone. I bought the phone with birthday money and have now discovered that it is just awful!

Games deleting themselves, not being able to answer calls, creaky text messaging are just a few things that bug me!

Don't buy this phone, it is poor to say the least.
