Bad Points

Dreadful customer relations. Impossible to get satisfaction. Very unhelpful staff. Computer is apparently always down when I phone.


General Comments

GE Capital Woodchester took £925.80 (final car loan settlement) from my account TWICE. Eventually stated it will be 16 days later before they can send a cheque with refund.
