Good Points

Lots of features, handsome blue exterior, nice belt pouch.

Bad Points

Extremely difficult to read in sunlight, annoying Gen X features, keyboard designed by a stylist and not someone with a modicum of knowledge of how to make a man-machine interface.

General Comments

While I was initially pleased with the Motorola V300, having moved up from a V60i, the more I used it, the more I was disappointed. The colorful screen is actually a big negative, since it is bleached out by sunlight. The camera is virtually useless, and the wild screensavers and stupid branding (Hellomoto??) make it obvious that it was designed for a 13 year old and not a 49 year old. The keyboard is odd shaped, tiny keys that somewhat resemble the classic touch tone keypad, but the keys are hard to use. All in all, this was not designed for adults.
