General Comments

When I first got my Motorola V525, it was a little bit of a shock on account of the size and weight. I previously had a T68i and that was incredibly light, and only a little bigger than the V525 when it was closed. But anyone who will have had to T68i knows how pathetic it was as a colour screen phone.
Now with the v525 for the first time I could take and recieve photos, and they were amazing!!! The screen qulity was amazing, although it goes faint in the sun. (Not that there's too much sun where I live).
The games that came with the phone were very good - monopoly, stuntman, and something else that wasn't that exciting. But they were very good, although using a lot of the battery time.
And that's another point to bear in mind. The camera, games and 65k colour screen really take their toll on the battery life. 2 days max with reasonable use. I managed to go for 4 days once, but only because I used it very few times.
The ringtones were very good, the polyphonics don't sound like any other phone, they have very good quality and are quite loud, and don't sound efeminate at all. The mp3 tones are just outstanding, they aren't muffled at all and are quite loud. And if you miss a call, or a text, after five minutes, your phone will beep again, just to make sure you know you've been contacted, which was a very nice touch.
The bluetooth was good, I've only used it a few times, but have had no prolems. The wap looked quite good, and is quicker than a lot of my mates phones, (although it is quite expensive being on vodafone).
It is quite good as a flip phone, and includes all the features you want and more.
But the real reason I chose this phone over the samsung e700, or any other flip, was the price. It is at least £100 cheaper than a samsung of it's callaber, and in some ways is better. The only problem is its size.
If I had to chose between a samsung and the v525 I would choose a samsung, but if I had to pay for it, this phone would win every time.
