General Comments

I liked the look, weight and battery life of this headset when I bought it.

It is easy to setup and the buttons work ok.

Major complaints are the fit and sound quality.

The loop which goes around your ear is only one size and so it's not going to fit some people - me included. With movement of my head, and jaw, the loop eventually made it's way over the top of my ear and the headset fell out!

I can't determine what the problem is (either earpiece or microphone), but people I'm calling complain of being able to hear their own voice - as though there is an echo. Turning the volume up/down did not make any difference.

A pity, because the design, weight and battery life are exceptional.
