Very easy and straight forward to install and use. Excellent customer service.
Can slow the PC down at times (especially at startup or during a scan)
I did have so many problems with my PC, the last straw was when it caught the Sasser virus and my PC kept shutting down. Since installing Norton System Works and Firewall I have never had any problems since. It scans my PC on startup, does a full system scan every few weeks and installs lives updates every time one is available. All of this is automatic, so I don't need to do anything once the software is installed, it is all done for me.
The software removes anything threatening, scans anything I attempt to download, checks how safe websites I visit are, and always lets me know if there are risks.
The software is so easy to install and use, and I am confident now that my PC is safe and secure.
