Good Points

Inexpensive, high velocity(for a pistol), holds 18 bb's at once. Light, good sights, came with a nice reflex sight to.


Bad Points

Light, very heavy trigger pull, clunky trigger as well(not smooth)


General Comments

Overall the Crosman Auto Air II is a good pistol; I think mine was $40 at K-Mart. It's a fairly high velocity pistol (440fps), especially for the price range. It's relatively accurate as well. The ability to use Pellets is nice to.

My main gripe with the AAII is the trigger! It's very heavy, and since the gun is so light, it makes accurate shots very difficult. The Reflex sight is nice, but I prefer to use it on my brother's rifle. I get around 50-60 shots from a 12 gram CO2, so that's not bad.

Overall it's a good little pistol. It's much better than a cheap rifle like a Red Ryder in every respect (accuracy, velocity, etc). It's fairly reliable. I have had mine for 4 years now and its still working great.
