Weight,build quality, power,look.
Hard DA trigger pull, fake drum, discontinued.
The Daisy 44 is a must for revolver fans. The Daisy Model 44 is a replica of the famous Smith and Wesson Model 29. It looks great, has an all metal construction (except for plastic grips). It weighs 2.4lbs which gives it a good heavy feeling. Its very well built also.
Its very accurate, can hit a pop can at 80+ feet. Its rated at 400fps, it demolishes pop cans and pellets go right into plywood. the DA trigger pull is stiff, but with a little practice its no problem. The SA trigger pull is very smooth. The build quality is great, feels like it will last forever. For shots per Co2 cylinder: 50-60. It is a little barrel heavy with the 6" barrel, the 4" gives it a great balance, as for the 8" I haven't received it yet.
I have experienced jams, do to poor pellets. In my case, the best pellets to use are Beeman.
