Good Points

Customer Service was top notch, very reasonably priced restaurants, beside the Nile, Excellent staff, beautiful views, great room service.

Bad Points

While rooms are quite small, who goes to Egypt to spend time in their room?

General Comments

Hilton Hotel is a cracking hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there, the staff were some of the finest and most customer oriented people I've ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent, with a wide choice, and several restaurants. The gardens are beautiful, and directly across the Nile from the Valley of the Kings. My wife and I brought our daughter, and she was treated like a princess. There are several shops in the hotel, as well as a bank to change currency - very handy and secure. Safety deposit boxes were also provided. Although a little away from Luxor centre, it's a very enjoyable stroll. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
