Tuner box broke after 2 months
No urgency in fixing the problem - still waiting after 4 weeks and no sign of it being fixed !!
General Comments
The tuner box in my Philips 17PF9945 broke resulting in the picture being slightly out of tune.
Sent it back to the company I bought it from and was informed that it would take approx 2 weeks to fix. Well still waiting after 4 weeks and latest information is that the TV is in "quarrantine" and no one seems to give a two hoots when it will be fixed. Lets hope they do'nt think it's a dog and wait 6 months !!!
