Good Points

Easy to use and very light in weight.


Bad Points

You have to scroll through all the names in the phonebook to find who you want.


General Comments

On the whole the Sendo M550 is a very good phone which slips into your pocket or bag very easily. I received mine yesterday from Virgin, which cost only £39.99.

    On the point of the 'Bad point' to search a name in your phone book you can type the name that you want after selecting search in your contacts. There is no need to scroll to search.

    I tried what you suggested, but my list of contacts comes up and there is no way I can type a name. I can only scroll through.
