Good Points

Store is convenient to where I live. Fairly good walk-in customer service but limited in what they can do.


Bad Points

Difficult to get a straight answer from tech support.


General Comments

When I first signed on to AT&T 5 years ago I got great transmission quality. Over the past few months transmission quality in my area is marginal at best. There were always a few dead areas but now there are more bad areas than good. A rep at the AT&T store told me it was because AT&T lost (or did not renew) a lease for some of their local mwave towers. Last week I was 200 miles from home inside a large building and got crystal clear signals all day. I'm starting to search for another provider.
